1. How much is rent?
Rent for 2018-2019 is $500-$650 per person per month.
2. What is included with rent?
All utilies except cable. This includes electricity, gas, internet, garbage removal, water, and sewage.
3. What other amenities can tenants expect?
The management team is very quick with maintenance requests. Cell phone numbers are provided to tenants for emergencies. Management is on-site daily and available for questions or concerns. A bed and dresser is provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge.
4. What about parking?
A tenant only lot provides free parking for all tenants.
5. How far is it to walk to Purdue Campus?
420 South Chauncey is an 8-minute walk to campus.
6. What happens if my roommate stops paying his or her rent?
Tenants sign individual leases. Tenants are not responsible for a roommate who defaults.
7. How much is the security deposit?
Each tenant is responsible for providing a $300 security deposit. This amount is refundable if no damage occurs, no late payments are incurred, and rent is paid in full. The apartment is inspected at the beginning and end of the lease period. Normal wear and tear is not charged against the security deposit, but students are expected to clean the apartment before vacating the premises.
